PDF werden nicht angezeigt bei Springer

Hallo,
an zwei von zwei Rechnern habe ich das Problem, dass PDF von Springer in Citavi nicht abgerufen werden können, die im Browser problemlos abgerufen werden können, da keine SSL/TLS-Verbindung hergestellt werden könne
Ich kann umwegig damit umgehen. Aber praktisch ist das angesichts der marktbeherrschenden Stellung der großen drei Wissenschaftsverlage nicht. Daher möchte ich das zu Protokoll geben.

also an dem einen Rechner kann ich den Springer-Link im IE und auch in Edge problemlos aufrufen, der in Citavi nicht funktioniert.

ich kopiere die URL der PDF und füge die ins Feld ein und befülle die Felder zu Titel und so dann selber. Geht schneller als Suche nach DOI, Warten, Korektur.

Es geht nicht. Liegt also wohl nicht am Uni-Netz.

das deaktivieren der Firewall bringt nichts.
Wenn ich https://www.uni-marburg.de/hrz/internet/crypto/certinstall-windows.html folgend zu den Zertifikatne gehe, sehe ich alles möglichen Zertifikate. Keine Ahnung ob die richtig installiert sind. Es steht nichts von Springer oder Citavi da.
