Error when opening cloud project: ERROR IN THE APPLICATION

Hi all,
I have a severe issue with my Citavi cloud project.
If I want to open the project from the cloud I get the following error message:
"An unknown error occured while opening the project. The internal error message is: Error in the application. If the problem continues ..."
I already tried to uninstall / update the software - did not help.
What can I do?

The Citavi team greatly supported on this issue on a Sunday. For all others who might have the same issue: An internal ID was not unique and assigned to more than one reference. I guess only the Citavi development team is able to fix the bug.
