Word add-in opens the project but it doesn't show it!

Hello,
I open my Word, go to Citavi add-in and click to open the assigned Citavi project. Citavi starts and opens the project, however, nothing happens in my Citavi word add-in pane and the project doesn't show up there!
I have had such issues before too (see my other ticket) with Word add-in when it didn't synch with Citavi. Now, it's even worse and Citavi project doesn't open! Last time you suggested me to reinstall the new version of Citavi, I did and it helped for a while. Please do not ask me to do it again! It's really frustrating and interrupting my work.

Have you tried installing the most recent beta version? This should fix this issue.

I did what you suggested. It worked for a couple of days. The problem is back again now!
There should be a solution except for upgrading the software, right?
