Navigation Buttons Don't Work
Answered
Hi, Citavi Team
Great software!
I'm not sure if there's a setting I'm missing, but while reading a pdf file from within Citavi, scrolling through the PDF using the UP, DOWN, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, END, and HOME buttons don't work.
Is there any way to get them to work, because they're kinda essential to studying PDFs while being able to make annotations, quotations, etc, which are so unique to Citavi and extremely useful.
Thanks!
Hi Peter
I've tried to reproduce this issue here but the keys you mentioned work just fine. Do these keys work in other applications?
Best regards
Sebastian

Hi, Sebastian
Thanks for your response. The keys work perfectly in other applications, but while I'm reading a PDF file attached to a Citavi reference from within Citavi, pressing them doesn't lead to any response.

Hi Peter,
do they work in the full screen view? Please try pressing the F11 key, click into the body of the text and then try one of the keys.

Hi, Sebastian,
I've just tried that, but they still don't work.

Hi, Peter
I've asked a colleague to test on a different computer -- same result: the keys work fine. There is probably something else on your system that interferes but it's hard to tell what it is.
