Dear Peter,

In the knowledge organizer, you have been working with categorien, and subheadings within the categories.

Each knowledge item is linked to its corresponding reference, which you can see in the preview of the knowledge organizer on the right.

If you print a compilation, your knowledge items are arranged to their categories and subheadings as in Citavi.

The connection to their reference is indicated by the in-text citation or footnote. A bibliography is added at the end.

Kind regards,

Jana

Dear Peter,

Thank you for your message.

Could you please explain in more detail what your aim is?

Would you like to create a Word file that lists all references and their knowledge items?

Dear Jana,

Thank you for your response. I am dealing with knowledge items under multiple categories & subheadings. I need a list of knowledge items with their references (e.g. paper titles), categories & subheadings. If such a view can be compiled in a Word file, that would be great.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Kind regards,

Peter
