Full text extraction of cloud project seems to have stalled

When I open the full text extraction overview the progress of the text extraction seems to have stalled. Full text extraction is finished for 320 files, but 1816 is still processing in the cloud. These numbers have not changed lately. I would have hoped that more files would be extracted for searching. Is there anything I can do to make it start again?

Hi again!

I added another reference with a pdf and this pdf was processed, but none of those that are said to be "Processing in the cloud"

Hi,

Citavi support advices me to make a copy of the project in the cloud and check if the problem disappeared in the copy of the original project, which it did. Only three attachments were not processed within a reasonable time period, these I simply downloaded and uploaded again. Then these were processed as well. Hope this tip will help you as well!
