I can use the shortcut in the built in PDF viewer, but when viewing html in the preview pane, the ctrl + C shortcut doesn't work. The context menu command is available. Is this intended?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your message.

The shortcut worked in our tests with local HTML files and online webpages.

Could you please let me know the version of Citavi you’re using? The four-digit version number of the Citavi version you have installed can be found in the "Help" > "About Citavi" menu or in the left lower corner on your Citavi Welcome screen.

Kind regards,

Jana

Hi Jana,

I'm using 6.4.0.35 on Windows 10. I did test it on another computer also running Windows 10 with Citavi 6.3.0.0 installed, and it does work properly there, so seems to be somehow related to my system.

Regards,

Brian

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your reply.

You might be using a tool that accesses your clipboard which you could stop.

This information might be helpful: the Citavi preview uses Internet Explorer to display webpages.

Kind regards,

Jana

I did try testing in directly in Internet Explorer and it works there. But I do believe it must be something on my system. I'll have a close look at any utilities I might have installed that might interfere with the clipboard. Thanks so much for your fast response.
