Citavi thinks the project is a duplicate - why?

I am trying to add a reference from my library and Citavi thinks it's a duplicate. But it's not. What is causing this and how to prevent it, any ideas? And which option should I choose from the menu if I want to add this reference and leave the other one alone (not alter it)?

Hi, Violeta,

can you please also post a screenshot of the reference tab showing "Levitt, G. (1995) - Nursing home ..."?

Thank you.

Hi, Violeta

It's marked as a duplicate because both references have the same ISBN (which is in fact an ISSN stored in the wrong field in the original data). You might want to check the RIS you're importing from.

Best regards

You're right - it's weird, both were downloaded from my university's library. You would think it wouldn't be under the same number on their end. They were downloaded several years apart but still, it represents a conflict in their database. Thanks, I fixed it on my end.
