Citavi picker not working in Chrome

Hi
I'm actually presenting Citavi to my entire Faculty today and was intending to try and convince everyone to change to it, as I think it's a fantastic program. But now, practicing my talk, I cannot get the picker to work! I have removed and reinstalled the picker. To no avail.
Ideas?
