I´ve just recently installed Citavi 6 on my Laptop, but could´nt find the Word Add-in.
So I tried the troubleshooting steps provided, but none seemed to help, since I don´t even see "Word Add-in" as an option in the installation process. (Only Citavi 6 and the three pickers)
Any sug
gestions?

Im using the newest version of office so (2) should not be the issue. To (1), I think I am using the desktop version, but am not sure, here is the product information page of my word:

Hi I am having the same problem. I have a brand new laptop with windows installed and I downloaded Citavi 6 and similar to Felicity I don't have the add on listed in the box. Can you tell me what I need to do. I am doing a PhD so this feature is vital. Thank you

I just istalled citavi and there was no word add in. Then i tried to modify citavi and found out that its not even listed as an option. Next i deinstalled citavi and tried to reinstall and this time i tried custom. There i found that its not even an option at installation.
Im running the diagnostics tool right now hopefully im just missing something obvious. =)

unfortunately, I have the same issue - new laptop and the word add-in feature doesn't work.I did everything as suggested but the addin option is not even listed in the programm features. running the diagnostics tool as well. hope this issue is resolved soon as I need it to write my thesis :)
