Citavi 5 Word Add-In update for MS Word 2019?

Due to the absence of placeholders in Citavi 6 I have to stick with 5th version for the time being. Unfortunately, Add-In doesn't work in the latest Word 2019.
Can we expect an update for an old add-in?
