Chrome picker can't pick local PDFs

Hi,
It seems that Chrome picker can't send local PDFs opened in Chrome to Citavi as a reference. I guess it doesn't work by design. I think it would be more convenient for use if Chrome could be used as a substitution to Adobe Reader. I look forward to your ideas. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the Citavi Picker does not have the rights to access "file:/" - URLs.
