Can't log in into cloud project

Iam not able to see my Cloud Projects in Citavi. I logged out and in again a few times and even reboot the PC. On another PC I got the same Problem and my Coworker has the same problem after a re-log-in too.


Please help!

Hi,

we're currently experiencing issues in the service controlling the communication between the Citavi client on your end and the Citavi Cloud on our end. In order to resolve this issue quickly, I suggest the following:

If you have administrative privileges on your computer, please install the current beta version 6.3.15. This version uses another protocol for communicating with the server than earlier versions. You can find the setup here: http://setup1.citavi.com/beta/Default/Citavi6Setup.exe

If you can't install software, please close Citavi and wait two to three minutes. Then, restart Citavi and click "Open project". The projects should now appear on the "Cloud" tab.

Hi there,

I'm currently having a similar problem. I can open a cloud project, but I can only use it in offline-mode. When trying to go online (by using the settings option on the welcome screen), I get the following error:'Citavi cannot establish a connection with the Citavi server. Please check your Internet connection or try again later.'


I also have coworkers experiencing the same issue.

Is installing the beta version the only way to fix this? Or are you also working on the server side to get this fixed for version 6.3. Can you give a release date of the next stable version?

We're working on fixing this on our side for users who can't install the beta version, but I currently can't give you a timeframe who long it'll take.
