Best practice topic

Moving from forum board to a help Q&A page it seems that a lot of user interaction is missed.
Although I'm using Citavi for almost 2 years I'm still looking to read best practice of organizing references and knowledges to make a better work.
A topic to reflect some best practice and to ingeract with each other I think is a good ideea.
I like this idea
I wouldn't mind a feature where users submit their projects as examples or "public" for download. It would be nice to see how other people use Citavi and to use some of these examples as templates.
