Adding thoughts to reading focus mode

I sometimes get an idea when I’m reading a text and it would be awesome if it were possible to add a “thought” when reading a pdf in full screen mode. I know I can just exit full screen mode and then add the thought, but it would be excellent if it were possible to do it without exiting the PDF.

Thanks for your suggestio, which I agree would improve the usability of the expanded PDF view. I've added it to our internal wishlist, but can't say if or when we can implement it.
