Hi,

it's not possible from the Word Add-In, but from Citavi itself. Switch to the Quotations & comments tab, select all quotations (Ctrl-A) and right click on of the selected quotations: Quote > Insert in Word.

Hi, Mehmet

If you need a collection of knowledge items with additional information, you can create such a compilation by clicking Compilation > Save with options on the Knowledge tab.

hi sebastian,

It is really hard to compile by choosing from hundreds of information.

what do you think this picture?

Hi, Mehmet

That's probably the best choice, but it only works for categories and not for a selection of references.

Hi Mehmet

The subheadings are part of a collection of knowledge items in a given category. They don't exist when displaying the knowledge items in any other selection or sort order. In order to have the subheadings included in your compilation, you need to make the appropriate selection in the Knowledge part of the program, by showing the left pane in the View menu.

Hi Sebastian

I need "a paper's citiations with headings and subheadings" in a word document.

How can i do it?

Hi Mehmet

Headings and subheadings are part of the project's category structure for knowledge item. That means, that you can view all knowledge items under a given category (with its subheadings) but not currently reduce the view in the Knowledge part of the program to a given selection of references while keeping the overall structure for a compilation. I'll add this as a feature request for future versions of the program.
