Failing in text-citation by using Academy of Management Journal style

Hello Citavi Comunity,
I should use for my Masther thesis citation style Academy of Management Journal. By using Citavi in Word, I click on references, which I have (citation style is chosen), it aways come with last name and first name of all authors. For in text-citation I just need last names, same is also in the decription of this style in Citavi, but not working (both names are written). Any ideas how to fix this issue?
