my references list are covered by the crossed line. I have to click on top of this mask and get any reference by chance. Any solution?

I have the same issue. It seems that Citavi doesn't really care about this issue. I spoke to Citavi about it. Nothing happened.
However, I believe the issue in my case was caused by a PDF that Citavi could not parse properly. Once I isolated the PDF, I loaded it into Acrobat and printed a new PDF. The new file did not cause the error in Citavi. I believe the error is caused by a corrupted PDF which causes Citavi not being able to parse the PDF properly.
An annoying bug but not necessarily a Citavi bug but more an issue with the PDF reference.
