Citavi web doesn't open pdfs

Dear Citavi
I am using Citavi web on my MacBook. Since today I can no longer open PDFs. Instead, a grey screen occurs. I have opened and closed the site multiple times and uploaded new PDFs to see whether there is only an issue with already uploaded PDF files, but nothing seems to work anymore.
It would be great if you could look into that!
