Is there a Citavi plug-in for a dyslexic-friendly reader? There are multiple plug-ins for browsers that provide things like font-changes, text color changes, reading windows, etc. to make documents more accessible for people with reading difficulties. I think being able to integrate this into the Citavi reader (where all the text marking tools are) would be extremely helpful.

I think that at this point, the quickest workaround would probably be to change the default font in the Citavi options to something like OpenDyslexic. To change the default font, click on the Tools menu, then click on Options, then click on Formatting.
