Licenses not working
I have been waiting for 2 months for support to help me because there is not a button to assign my license. Therefore, I cannot use the license I bought TWO MONTHS AGO. The instructions say to assign it to a user but I AM UNABLE to. The only thing I get from support is that they very busy (they must be since they have not replied to my ticket in two months. This is the third ticket I have put in. Anyone else have this experience with having support that is so poor that you cannot use the product for two months because they are unable to solve a simple, simple issue?
