Why "details of the selected result" shows nothing after searching

Hi,
I make a batch search on PDFs in the project. But why "details of the selected result" shows nothing? I have gone through the manual. I have seen someone asked the same question in Internet, but no answer.

does this issue occur with all PDF files and all search strings? What happens when you use a longer search string with more than one word?

If I select search field as "all fields", it works well, as the 1st picture. If I select "Full text", even for the same content, nothing shows, as the 2nd picture. But what I need is "Full text" search in my work. Thank you!

By the way, either in the ealier trial license or later Citavi 6.11 for Windows - Commercial (Perpetual) the issue is the same. I install it in two different PCs, the same again.
