Accidently achieved cloud project and citavi deleted all pdf´s

Dear Citavi Team and People of this Forum!
Like stated above I accidently achieved my Citavi Cloud Project. I was able to recover it but Citavi somehow deleted all the pdf´s which I uploaded for my References.
Now I reuploaded all the PDF´s but Citavi does not show my quotations which I saved before I achieved the Project by mistake.
Is there any fix to reconnect the quotations with the PDF File or do I need to mark all the quotations again in the new PDF File?
