Cannot upload attachments

Dear Citavi support team,


I am currently on a site license of Citavi and using it for my project bibliography etc. I have purchased 50GB of additional storage space for my account and assigned it to my own account.


However, whenever I try to upload an attachment from a local file, Citavi provides the following error message and does not upload: "Limit exceeded: There is no more storage space available for attachments. Delete attachments you no longer need or purchase additional storage space."


There is no way I have uploaded 50GB worth of attachments.


I have checked, but have 113GB available on my hard disk (SSD).


I have tried Googling but found no answer and tried to contact you over your support desk and Twitter, but have received no answer for a month now. Could you please help me? I'm really disappointed by the lack of support so far for a paid product.

Could someone from Citavi please help me out? I'm paying for extra storage but cannot use it here....

Dear Sebastian, Yes this was resolved. I was helped by one of your colleagues. Apparently, there was an issue with conflicting accounts. Kind regards, Tom
