Cannot show PDF on Citavi Web

Hi,
I am encountering a problem regarding displaying PDF files with Citavi Web. Everything works well with my Citavi Desktop. However, the PDF cannot be shown with Citavi Web these days. I have tried on two computers (one Mac and one PC) and also on two browsers (Chrome and Safari).
Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

My patience is growing thin..I have research to conduct and can't wait for Citavi. I am going to ask for a refund as this solution is not meeting my needs.

Sorry for the impatience, but in my opinion it is absolutely unacceptable to tell us in another thread that the citavi team is working on fixing the issue, while nothing is happening...How long can it take to fix a problem that wasn't there in the beta web version?!

Good news! I opened up Citavi Web about 30 minutes ago and voila! All my PDFs are now appearing and working appropriately (see attached screenshot). I'm crossing my fingers that this isn't an isolated, temporary fix. Is anybody else able to see their PDFs now?
