How can I save a PDF file from preview window

Hello everyone! I am a new user of Citavi. I found a strange problem with saving a PDF file to the library from the preview window. As you can see in the first screenshot, I opened a PDF file in the preview window. Then I click Save as PDF to save this PDF to my library. However, what I saved is not the PDF but a blank page. I am wondering if I did anything wrong in the process? Hope someone could help me out! Thank you very much!
