Cannot open any word document - Add-in

Hi all,

After downloading the newest version of Citavi, I am having problems regarding my add-ins in word documents.

Currently, I cannot open any word document anymore. It says "Add ins will be loaded" (see attachment) and it won't. I removed the add-ins and added again through the deinstallation process. It worked once, then when I closed the Word document and wanted to open again, the problem repeated.

I cannot work on my text right now. I would like to learn what can I do for this technical issue.

Anyone experienced the same before? Thanks for the help.
