I haven't been able to log in to my Citavi account or use the program for over 24hrs. My internet connection is not the problem.

This is again not working for me. I have had this problem often in the past 2 weeks. I cannot connect to the Citavi account page, while other websites open without a problem.

Enough's enough! When servers of Citavi are down, we cannot open our cloud projects. Please find a way to keep your servers UP, or release an update to open our Citavi projects in local!

I was a Citavi user for years until I got a postdoc at a place that gave me a Mac. Finally I came back to Citavi today by trialling Citavi Web - and the server is down. Not a good way to return :(

Hey guys, it was my antivirus, kaspersky, that was creating the issue.
I uninstalled it with revo uninstaller free to get rid of everything.
I also uninstalled Citavi 6 with revo and installed it again for a cleen install.

No, not regarding Kaspersky. Citavi announces the problem, as well. For instance, yesterday they announced that the load on servers were excessive. However, the issue was not fixed until starting the working hours.
