Citavi Assistant on Citavi Web not working

Need Answer

I am using citavi web and the assistant installed on office 365. When I open a new file and open the assistant, it asks me to login, which I do, and it loads the projects. But then, if I click on any of the projects, nothing happens. I've tried both Safari and Firefox. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on - it is the Beta version of Citavi Assistant. Thanks.
