Citavi Web not working

Hello,
For the last 3 days Citavi Web hasn't been working for me.
Two things happen. Either 1. When I attempt to open my project, I receive an error message "The project can't be loaded right now. Please try again later". Or 2. The project opens, after taking a long time to load, but within minutes I receive an error message that asks me to refresh. This happens over and over.
Is anyone having a similar problem/ able to offer some help?

I am having a similar challenge. I just signed up for Citavi web but have been having nothing but trouble accessing it after. Not sure I want to use Citavi if it is this unreliable.

I am using Citavi Cloud, and same problem. By the way, we cannot run Citavi when a problem occurs in the server side.

Also does not work for me, so upset :(
