URGENT-Project is not updated to its most recent status

Hello.
I have been working a lot on my PhD project in citavi. Initially I saved it in the cloud and locally but I worked on the local one. Today I opened the project in citavi and it shows me the version of the first day I worked on the project so references, notes and so on are missing! I already tried out all possible "recovered" versions I can find on my PC but nothing.
I urgently need to solve this.

I have the same problem, working on my dissertation. All my categories are gone! My references are there but all my work is gone from creating the categories and tagging them I put in a help ticket but have received NO response.
