Citavi Word Add-in will not open Cloud Project

I am running Citavi 6 with the latest version of word (part of Microsoft 365 subscription). I have been using a mixture of local computer projects and cloud projects. After renaming some files to better organize my projects, I can an access cloud projects with work add in. I have tried the uninstall word add in, repair office online, and reinstall. I tried to task manager to ensure WORD was not running in the back ground. I see the list in the Citavi add in, but when I click on the cloud project nothing happens. When I click on a local project, it opens up.
