Cannot highlight text in Citavi Web text preview?

Hello - I have had the problem for almost 24 hours now where the text preview in Citavi Web takes a long time to load, and when it does I cannot highlight any text on it past the first page meaning I cannot annotate any documents. The documents are not locked or in any other sort of private viewing mode...
