Citavi Picker for Acrobat Document Cloud

Need Answer

I am struggling with importing documents from Acrobat Document Cloud to Citavi via the picker. It runs but it imports a 'corrupt' file. Can the picker be used when the document is from the cloud? (It seems to be importing locally stored PDFs fine).
