Direct quotations
Need Answer
I was able to cite direct quotations in the word document from word document 's references but now this function is not working.
Clicking on word doc' references, direct quotations would be cited and no need to go to knowledge tab. But now this is not working.

Direct quotes are usually selected in the Word Add-In ("Knowledge" tab) and then inserted into the text. Have you done this differently so far?
