Web Beta Version PDF werden nicht angezeigt

Hi there,
I'm using the citavi-web-beta version as I recently had to switch to a mac-computer. Since yesterday or so the PDF-Files are no longer shown in the web-version. there is just a grey space where once has been displayed the PDF with all of it's features of marking and creating quotes, etc.. Strange enough are the PDF-Versions still downloadable - means I can download an watch them on my computer but no longer in citavi... Any suggestions?

To find the cause of the problem, could you please supply us with additional information:
Different browsers let you open a "private window" or "incognito window" in different ways:
Chrome or Opera: Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Shift+Command+N

I have the same problem since a few days. I've tried Safari and Chrome (also incognito mode). I also tried to delete browser cache. No PDFs show up, they load and always stop at the same point.
Downloading and viewing on the computer is still possible.

The PDF's I am trying to open are not protected, and the grey screen is shown regardless of the PDF's origin.
I have tried with Chrome and Safari. Both in the normal and incognito mode.
I am still in the trial phase, does this have an impact?

I also experience the problem of PDFs that do no longer show in Citavi Web, but are downloadable. The problem appeared obviously previously, was resolved and is back now... Would be nice if Citavi would have a look at this quickly. Such issues steel much time.

I just began my trial a few days ago. I am able to use the desktop version just fine but mainly wanted to use this in the web browser so that I can do work on my iPad. Is there any update on when this will be fixed? Or if there are other solutions for use on an iPad? I love the software so far and it's been great for helping me with my dissertation - I really would like to subscribe but if it's not able to be used as it's advertised, I am hesitant to pay for a subscription to it.
