insert citation in Word captions

Hello everybody, I have a problem with the citavi add-in for word. It is no longer possible to insert citations in the images or tables caption fields. However, I can still insert the citation in the normal text. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Please note, that for technical reasons, references are not supported in text fields in Word, please see this video.
