The references list don't appear in the word document after I updated Citavi

After I updated the Citavi to version (6.7.0.0), the reference list no longer appears in the word document, although Citavi itself opens the project.

Please follow the steps in our video if your bibligraphy has disappeared from your Word document.

Thanks, Jana, For your answer, but the problem all Citavi buttons appear in gray color; I have attached a screenshot.

Hi Ahmad,

Thanks for your screenshot. Your project does not load in the Citavi Word Add-in.

To fix the problem, please install the current beta version 6.7.5, which can be downloaded at https://setup1.citavi.com/beta/default/Citavi6Setup.exe

If you are working in a team on a joint cloud project, please let your colleagues install the beta version as well.
