Updated Citavi, now can't access projects

I upgraded to the new version earlier today and now cannot open the projects. I have restarted the computer, accessed the files from the backups and nothing works.

Hello Karen

The .NET Framework version on your computer is outdated. The .NET Framework is part of Windows and the technical foundation for Citavi.
