Word add-in opens the project but it doesnt show it

Hello,
I open my Word, go to Citavi add-in and click to open the assigned Citavi project. Citavi starts and opens the project, however, nothing happens in my Citavi word add-in pane and the project doesn't show up there!
I updated both Citavi and Word versions, but the problem was not solved. I opened today the ticket 15 0011 at WAInspector in order to send you further details.
