Word Add-Ins and Citavi Pane

Need Answer

Every time I restart word I need to add the Word Add-Ins. I tried to follow some of the tutorial I find on this page. However. none of them solved my problem. I now the Citavi pane is not displaying my project anymore.

I have a Citavi version 6.6.0. And I cannot reinstall the program again because it's requires the administrator.

I cannot solve the first problem and neither fix the second one.

The first problem regarding the word add-ins was solved.

However, my project is still not appearing. Citavi open the project, but my reference list not.

And I cannot assign other project, for example.
