Error moving merge reference in word

After moving in, the reference will disappear; or it can't be merged, but the wrong sequence number format as shown in the figure [2 [1], 3] will be displayed. Normally, it should be [2,1,3].
So what I want to ask is whether this is a bug in citavi or that citavi doesn't have the function of mobile merging. If it doesn't, will you consider adding this function in the future?

Unfortunately, it is for technical reasons not possible to merge existing references to a multiple citation. We show you in this video how to create a multiple citation.
