C406 error - Project could not be saved
I have been receiving this error since yesterday. I was advised by a Citavi customer service rep that the problem is with the Citavi servers and would be fixed within 12 hours. However, the problem still exists 12 hours later with no further updates from Customer Service.
In addition, I am unable to back up my project locally. When I try, I receive a message that attachments are unavailable or something like that. I have reached out to Customer Service but have received no reply.
These problems are of great concern since I have months and months of research invested into Citavi.
