How do I delete a field from a whole bibliography

I want to make my bibliography available for others via a downloadable file on a website but need to delete all the abstracts from the bibliography (as these are copyright). The bibliography is large (7000+ items) so don't want to do it one by one. Is there a way of deleting the abstract field or not including the abstract field in an export of the database?

In which file format would you like to make your biliography available? As a Citavi project file, a Word file, an Excel file, ...?

I want to save it in several formats:

Endnote

RIS

BibText

Excel

This will make it easier for folk to load the database into their own preferred reference manager or database

Hi Clive,

Thanks for your reply.

Please copy all your references to a new Citavi project. During the export, please untick "Abstract" so that this information will not be included in the new project.

Then, create your export files in the new project.
