Using Arrows to jump between citations

Is it somehow possible to use the arrow-keys to jump between citations while viewing a pdf? For example to press the down-key and the next citation in the text is highlighted?

You cannot use the arrow keys to jump from annotation to annotation, but you can use the function key F8:
F8 = next annotation
Shift+F8 = previous annotation
