hi citavi team

i use 6.3.0.0. version. i want to install 6.3.18.0.

This error occurred while installing the program.

what can i do?

Hi,

this error codes means that the installer can't unpack the archive in your TEMP folder, either because your hard drive is full or because there is a issue with your TEMP folder. You can try using the Windows Disk Cleanup tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026616/windows-10-disk-cleanup

If that doesn't help, a system file check might be in order: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
