You upgraded your Office version after installing Citavi

You installed a new version of Microsoft Office after installing Citavi.

To continue working with the Citavi Word Add-In after upgrading, take the following steps:

Uninstall the Word Add-In:

  1. Switch to the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Select Citavi, and then click Change.
  4. Click Next, then select Modify. Click Next again.
  5. Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will not be available.
  6. Click Next and continue through the Setup.

Install the Word Add-In again:

  1. Switch to the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Select Citavi, and then click Change.
  4. Click Next, then select Modify. Click Next again.
  5. Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive.
  6. Click Next and continue through the Setup.
