You installed a new version of Microsoft Office after installing Citavi.
To continue working with the Citavi Word Add-In after upgrading, take the following steps:
Uninstall the Word Add-In:
- Switch to the Windows Control Panel.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Select Citavi, and then click Change.
- Click Next, then select Modify. Click Next again.
- Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will not be available.
- Click Next and continue through the Setup.
Install the Word Add-In again:
- Switch to the Windows Control Panel.
- Click Programs and Features.
- Select Citavi, and then click Change.
- Click Next, then select Modify. Click Next again.
- Click the symbol next to Word Add-In and then select This feature, and all subfeatures, will be installed on local hard drive.
- Click Next and continue through the Setup.
