Can't find your license key in your Citavi account?
This can happen if you created your account with an email address that we don't recognize or if you used a login from another service provider (Facebook, Microsoft, Google) to create your account.
Solution: In Citavi Account, add the email address that you used for a site license request or for your purchase.
