Problem
You received an email that your storage space was used up or close to being used up.
Solution 1
Please restart Citavi 6 so that your storage space is correctly recognized again.
Solution 2
You have not confirmed your new license, yet.
- Please log into your Citavi online account and confirm your license.
- Then, please log out of the welcome screen in Citavi 6 and in again.
- At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, click Open project.
- You should see your missing project on the Cloud tab.
