Citavi Cloud storage space used up


You received an email on May 27, 2021 that your storage space was used up or close to being used up. This was due to a calculation error in Citavi.

Solution 1

Please restart Citavi 6 so that your storage space is correctly recognized again.

Solution 2

Please install the update to the current beta version of Citavi (download here).

If that doesn't help, log out and then log back in again:

  1. On the Citavi 6 Welcome Screen, click the icon in the upper-right with your initial to log out:
  2. Log in to Citavi again.
  3. At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, click Open project.
  4. You should see your missing project on the Cloud tab.
