Citavi Cloud storage space used up


You received an email that your storage space was used up or close to being used up. 

Solution 1

Please restart Citavi 6 so that your storage space is correctly recognized again.

Solution 2

You have not confirmed your new license, yet.

  1. Please log into your Citavi online account and confirm your license.
  2. Then, please log out of the welcome screen in Citavi 6 and in again. 
  3. At the bottom of the Welcome Screen, click Open project.
  4. You should see your missing project on the Cloud tab.
